Rachel Harrison is a global early access specialist focused on the design and delivery of pre-approval and post-trial access programmes at argenx. She leads the development and standardisation of global access strategies, working cross-functionally to ensure programmes are operationally robust, compliant, and patient-centred from design through to commercial transition. Rachel brings deep hands-on experience across compassionate use, global programme implementation, and patient access operations, with particular expertise in navigating regulatory requirements, clinical supply, and stakeholder alignment. As Founder of the ExPAND Consortium, she is actively shaping industry dialogue on best practices and the future of early access.
